What West Coast Wings is
West Coast Wings is an independent travel content site run by Olya, publishing flight-deal guides, booking-timing tips, and road trip stories for Bay Area travelers. Content is for general informational purposes only. It’s not personalized financial, legal, or travel-insurance advice, and any fare, availability, or booking window mentioned in an article reflects research done at the time of writing. Airlines and third-party booking platforms set prices, not West Coast Wings, and prices change constantly.

Bookings happen with the airline or platform, not with West Coast Wings
West Coast Wings does not sell flights, process payments for travel, or act as a booking agent. When you click through to Kiwi.com, Aviasales, or any other partner site, you’re booking directly with that provider. Its terms, its cancellation policy, and its customer service are entirely on them, not West Coast Wings. That means West Coast Wings can’t fix pricing errors, schedule changes, cancellations, refunds, or any dispute you have with a third-party booking site or airline.
Custom trip planning
Olya also offers custom itinerary planning as a separate, advisory service — built around your budget and travel dates. This service is research and recommendations only. Olya does not take payment for flights or hotels on your behalf, does not act as a licensed travel agency, and cannot guarantee that a price or availability she finds will still be there once you book it yourself. You and Olya agree on any consultation fee directly, in writing (DM or email), before work begins. Scope, turnaround time, and what’s included vary per request — ask upfront if you want specifics in writing.
No guarantees
Travel deals move fast. A fare, timing pattern, or booking-window tip that worked when we published an article isn’t a guarantee it’ll still be available when you read it. West Coast Wings makes a good-faith effort to keep articles accurate and refreshes older posts periodically. Even so, always confirm current pricing and availability directly with the airline or booking platform before you rely on it.
Limitation of liability
West Coast Wings and Olya are not liable for any loss, cost, or inconvenience from travel you booked based on this site’s content. That includes missed deals, price changes, cancellations, or issues with a third-party provider. Treat this site’s content as a starting point for your own research — not a substitute for confirming details directly with the airline, hotel, or booking platform you use.
